Wade’s work has won the Alberta Playwriting Competition, the National One-Act Playwriting Competition, and the Tennessee Williams’ New Orleans Literary Festival’s One-Act Play Contest. Wade received a Lieutenant Governor of Alberta Emerging Artists Award in 2024 and has a musical in development at The Citadel Theatre.
