Keith Andony is a results-driven professional with over 15 years of experience in program management. He has a strong track record of leading and supporting complex projects, optimizing mission-critical operations, and driving innovative solutions to meet business needs. Keith excels in managing inter-departmental relationships, fostering collaboration, and chieving organizational goals. His decision-making skills have transformed underperforming teams into high-functioning units. His expertise spans quality improvement, project management, training, public speaking and more.

Notable achievements include developing preceptor training workshops that enhanced clinician engagement and establishing educational partnerships with major institutions. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Keith efficiently set up multisite screening stations, processing 250,000 individuals in three months. Keith’s career highlights include his role as Program Manager/Education Coordinator at teh Centre for the Advancement of Minimally Invasive Surgery and General Manager at the Students’ Association of Grant MacEwan University. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Learning and Technology, a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management from Royal Roads University, and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta.
