Meet Marie!

Marie has worked in the Alberta arts community for over 35 years as a theatre administrator, programmer, and educator for many arts organizations including: Theatre Alberta (Executive Director and Artstrek Director), the Arts Branch of Alberta Culture (Theatre Consultant), Citadel Theatre (Director of Foote Theatre School and instructor), and the University of Alberta’s Department of Drama (sessional instructor). She has served as a board member for numerous not for profit boards and is the recipient of an Elizabeth Sterling Haynes Award for Arts Administration and an Alberta Centennial Medal for Contribution to the Arts. Marie is a graduate of the University of Alberta and the Drama Centre (UK).
